determine target audience, performance objectives and Q's role in your alignment
efforts.
- CREATE: Q provides a non-technical tool for subject matter
experts to rapidly create content nuggets, scenario's and questions to support
your reinforcement strategy. Q even let's SME's embed short audio/video clips
into nuggets for a more robust user experience.
- DEPLOY: It takes just a few minutes to put these nuggets into a
sequence or que (get it? Q=Que), set the delivery parameters (delivery
frequency, nuggets per event, etc.) and send to the target audience.
- DELIVER: Q handles weekly delivery and workflow of brief
reinforcement events based on the deployment parameters. User receives a
notification from Q - user clicks on the notification to launch a browser with
today's brief reinforcement event. User has the option to take it later - and if
they forget, Q will re-notify them the next time they boot up their PC.
- TEACH: Q quickly teaches each person when they don't understand
something - and Q individualizes future reinforcement to fill those gaps.
- REPORT: Q tells managers where the team or individual needs more
help. Q also tells the manager everyone's progress in completing each week's Q
activities
- INSIGHT: Q provides "leading indicators" by team, by region, by
department, by initiative - so they know if the work force is aligned - and if
not, where the gaps are.
