Q can be driving your next change initiative within 30 days of the word "Go"

count5 strives to be easy-to-do-business with - and we take a proactive role in helping you evaluate, socialize and successfully implement. As an annual subscription model, we feel it is our obligation to not only make you thrilled with the launch, but to make sure you have all the training, best practices, tools and processes in place to make sure Q's value is sustainable. We look at customers as long term partners - so all deployment services are fixed-fee (no time and materials, SOW's, billable hours, etc.) - we just do whatever is necessary to make you successful.

The following indicates a typical customer buying cycle for Q:

  1. SEE IT LIVE: Q takes a unique approach to solving problems and often our stakeholders want to tell us where their operation is, where they want to take it and discuss if/how Q can help them get there faster than their current options. Then they want to see it live - we do live or over-the-web demonstrations / overviews every week. At that point our stakeholder decides if it's worth continuing discussions.

  2. SOCIALIZE: Q has a strange effect of causing various departments to actually speak to each other. Seriously, once interest is established, often there will be some formal and informal socializing with other departments involved with workforce alignment efforts (marketing, training, operations, sales, communications, etc.) to gain consensus on if Q fits, where it fits and how it fits. Typically there will be one more formal overview of the platform and some initial discovery on strategy. It's a good idea at this point to send the Q IT Primer to your IT liaison and have count5 schedule a brief discussion to review and answer questions.

  3. GO DECISION: Once a go decision is reached, plans are made for formal deployment. This typically includes technology deployment, resource roles and responsibilities, timing, communications strategy, goals, training, etc. - count5 actively facilitates this process.

  4. IMPLEMENT: count5 works with your internal project owner to make sure that Q lands running and is sustainable.

The above diagram represents a traditional Q deployment. While technology setup takes a day, the rest of the process typically takes 30-45 days before you are going live with your target audience.

Low Risk / High Reward Pilot Program: Often our customers will take advantage of our Low Risk / High Reward Pilot Program. A pilot deployment is a fixed fee program and looks just like a standard deployment. Here are the highlights of our LR/HR Pilot Program:

  • FIXED FEE / NO USER LIMIT: There is no user limit during the pilot period. A 50 user pilot costs the same as a 5,000 user pilot. If you want to test this on half of your sales force and see the difference that Q makes, that's OK. If you want to "big bang" the deployment to everyone and squeeze every dollar of value Q brings to your initiative, that's OK too.

  • 60 Days Live Use: You get 60 days of live use with your target audience and initiative. The 60 day clock does not include ramp-up time - it starts the first day Q delivers reinforcement to your users.

  • Full Pilot Credit: At the end of the 60 days, you have a decision to make. Should you choose to move forward, 100% of the pilot fee is applied towards the deployment.

  • count5's confidence is very high that the value proposition will play out within 30 days of the pilot - and so far our conversion rate reflects that. got change? Do a pilot!
