Prior to founding count5, Gordon Eilen and I spent our careers helping Fortune 500 and mid-sized enterprises improve employee performance with the strategic application of technology. My career began in 1989 arming warehouse employees with wireless computing solutions and prior to count5 I was selling multi-million dollar enterprise applications that drove strategic CRM initiatives.

I’ve been blessed with over 21 years of sales success as a Vice President, as a Regional Manager and as a road warrior carrying a bag and quota. Whatever hat I wore, I attribute much of this success to my adoption of the "less is more" and KISS principals to solving customer problems.

When solutions target large problems with simplicity, they have a much greater chance of adoption and success. Unfortunately, it seems most technology vendors today have replaced these principals with the philosophy that "more is more".

count5 is a software company that was founded on the belief that there still can be simple solutions to complex problems.
